The U.S. Christian Commission team rolled the Coffee Wagon to Carlisle, Pennsylvania to be a part of the Army Heritage Museum "Heritage Days". This event featured living historians that represented the French and Indian War era to modern times. Bae Systems brought in modern day mechanized and armored equipment and built a field check point.
It was an incredible day to interact with hundreds of the thousands that attended this high class living history event. The Coffee Wagon was a stand out even among so many other great displays and camps.
The Army Heritagae Museum in a great place to visit anytime. The Libray includes research and artifacts from the army and focuses on the people that serve. The outdoor displays feature World War I trenches, WWII German concrete pill boxes, Vietnam era outpost, re-created Yorktown redoubt fort, Blacksmith shop, Civil War winter quarters, and WWII barracks.
